How our people go above and beyond to touch lives and transform care.
For the second year running, IHH colleagues across the globe came together in their respective markets to celebrate and rejoice in the IHH Service Week which ran from 11 to 15 April 2022.
Besides our very own Mr EGGXellent mascot making rounds at our hospitals in Singapore to spread joy and graciousness, a host of fun and meaningful activities took place across our IHH network, as we celebrated this annual highlight recognising our people and their dedication to deliver exemplary service to our patients, colleagues and the wider community.
From Service Awards to fun activities like Care. For Good. Bingo, planting saplings to receiving meaningful appreciation gifts and sweet treats, it was certainly a memorable week exemplifying what it means to #CareForGood.
This year, we were also joined by The New York Times bestselling author Ron Kaufman, who delivered an impactful keynote inspiring our people with stories on creating a strong service culture – how we will find a way UP!
Launching IHH Service Week 2022, Dr Kelvin Loh, IHH MD and CEO said: “This year’s theme - “We will find a way!” - reflects the resilience and the resolve our people have shown in always going the extra mile to take care of their patient’s needs, fulfill a caregiver’s request, or help a colleague in need. Each of them are like the little daisy we used as the motif in this years’ Service Week poster, always finding a way to bloom and thrive in bringing cheer and care to the people around them, no matter how challenging the circumstances might be.”
