I have been working as a nurse for 18 years. My interest in gerontology started when my father had a stroke. With the skills I picked up working as a gerontological nurse, I was able to take better care of him and help him get back to his normal life. My own experience has led me to believe and advocate that family members, too, play an important role in the long-term care of an elderly.
I completed 30 years of service and I have been given a lot of opportunities to upgrade myself and to learn new technologies. IHH is like family to me. Every day I come to work, meet my colleagues and have happy days.
