Begin the application process by applying through the respective job portals.
You'll need to upload your CV and cover letter. Depending on the position, you may need to complete a brief questionnaire.
Our Talent Acquisition team will carefully review your application before you receive a call for a telephone screening.
During the call, you will learn more about the organisation and the role that you applied for. Any questions you might have about the role, such as responsibilities and reporting structure, will be gladly addressed.
If you are shortlisted, your profile will be passed on to the hiring manager.
For your health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, all our interviews are conducted online.
The hiring manager will review the profiles received based on how well their credentials complement the role. The candidates selected will be called for an online interview.
If your profile is chosen, you will receive a follow-up email confirmation with details of the interview schedule along with an application form you need to submit before your interview.
The selection process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and the hiring team will keep you posted on the status of your application. Should you not receive a reply within the timeframe, chances are that your profile might not have been shortlisted for this particular position. Your profile will still be stored in our active database for any considerations in the near future.
If you are selected, the Talent Acquisition team will reach out to begin a conversation on the terms and conditions of the offer, including remuneration and benefits.
When we have reached agreement on the terms, you will receive the formal letter of intent.
