Due to the increased lockdowns around residential areas, our teams are on standby all day for residents to complete their nucleic acid tests in a timely manner. Dr Joey Loh, Cardiologist from Gleneagles Medical and Surgical Center, noticed that there was a shortage of manpower for nucleic acid testing in her community during the lockdown. She immediately signed up as a volunteer, working late nights to conduct COVID-19 tests. Afterwards, Dr Loh said it was nothing admirable, but a natural sense of responsibility as a doctor.
We would like to thank our volunteers for being a huge support and keeping the community safe during these critical times!
