Here’s To Our Quality and Innovation Champions

The theme 'Quality & Innovation: Reimagined' set the stage for two awesome days of learning among staff across our global network. Find out who prevailed in the 2021 IHH Quality Summit and Innovation Challenge.

How do we leverage the deep pool of knowledge and experience across our vast network to improve patient care and outcomes? How can we use innovation to improve our services, grow our capabilities and even disrupt healthcare?

IHH looks within to find these answers and more at our annual IHH Quality Summit (combined with the IHH Innovation Challenge for the first time) on 27 and 28 of September.

The virtual event saw more than 4,400 staff from Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, India, China, Hong Kong and Brunei celebrating and sharing projects and ideas that will help us approach, deliver and measure quality and innovation in a post-pandemic world.

In his closing speech, IHH Managing Director & CEO Dr Kelvin Loh shared, “I’m thrilled to see this has now become part of our culture, our DNA. It is great to see quality improvement and innovation coming together in one summit for the first time.
