Getting Ready for the Big Stage
Our first hospital in China - Gleneagles Hospital Chengdu - has entered trial operations end October. The hospital team held its first International Medical Dialogue on 26 October to facilitate knowledge sharing among medical experts and create opportunities for future collaborations, while promoting the best-in-class specialties and patient care provided by our new 350-bed facility.
This event brought together more than 70 leading medical experts in Cardiovascular, Obstetric and Gynaecology and Paediatrics from Singapore, Taiwan and China to share the latest medical news, knowledge and achievements.
Gleneagles Chengdu Hospital is strategically located in the Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, which is directly linked to the Chengdu East High-Speed Railway Station. The hospital will provide specialised care and clinical services to a catchment of 148 million residents in Chengdu and other cities in Sichuan and Western China.
