The panel included IHH experts like Elizabeth Han, Group Head of Innovation & Transformation; Lisa Maria Schwanke, AVP of Medical Affairs & Quality, IHH Healthcare Malaysia; Hui Hwa Koh-Minjoot, Head of Allied Health & Patient Experience, IHH Healthcare Singapore; and Captain Sandhya Shankar, Chief of Nursing, Fortis Healthcare. Together, they shared insights on how IHH is pushing boundaries through continuous improvement.
The panellists highlighted recent projects focused on a value-based care approach - reducing infections, cutting waste, and lowering our carbon footprint - all aimed at making healthcare at IHH not only high-quality but also affordable and accessible for the future.
The session closed with a renewed commitment to transforming healthcare for tomorrow, ensuring that quality remains at the core of all we do.
