Prince Court Medical Centre notches another milestone as the first hospital in Malaysia to successfully perform Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty, an innovative treatment for obesity.

Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty is minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure that uses an endoscope and internal sutures to reshape the stomach and reduce its size, eliminating the need for external incisions. Patients benefit from quicker recovery times and minimal discomfort.

Datuk Dr. Ryan Ponnudurai described the introduction of the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty procedure in Malaysia as a milestone in weight-loss solutions. “We’re thrilled to introduce the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty procedure as a game-changer in obesity management.
