Sharing her thoughts at the celebration event, Dr Juanjuan Xiang, who has been with Gleneagles Chengdu Hospital since day one, said that she was moved by the strong spirit of unity and camaraderie at the hospital. Thanks to their patience and guidance, she was able to learn the ropes quickly and finds pride and joy in her daily work.
The event ended on a sweet note, with chefs from Gleneagles Chengdu Hospital serving up exquisite cakes and a delicious buffet lunch for all to enjoy.
As part of its anniversary celebrations, the hospital also organised a family day activity attended by some 20 staff and their children on 30 October. Besides hearing an informative talk on spleen and stomach health, the children had the opportunity to showcase their talents in singing, dancing, music performance and even poetry reading - drawing enthusiastic applause from their proud parents and fellow colleagues.
