Shaping The Best Place To Work

Our people are the heartbeat of IHH.

At the IHH HR Global Summit 2022 held from 21 to 23 June, MD and CEO Dr Kelvin Loh stressed the company’s commitment to care for our employees, as we work together to build a better world through our aspiration to #CareForGood.

The three-day Summit focused on DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) and well-being. Our leaders across the globe shared their perspectives on diversity at the workplace.

Our colleagues across the IHH network exchanged stories and experience on gender, generational, skillset and cultural diversity. We also heard from many external experts including Dr Sudeep Mohandas, Executive Director of The Centre for Global Inclusion, Helen Duce, Executive Director for INSEAD Gender Initiative and Co-founder of LEAN in Singapore as well as Rachele Focardi, best-selling author of the book ‘Reframing Generational Stereotypes’.

To help the participants relax, refresh and recharge, an energising art jamming activity was conducted which saw our HR colleagues create inspiring drawings on the topic of sustainability.

The Summit also recognised 10 outstanding HR practitioners, as nominated by their peers. Kudos to the winners of our Global HR Awards 2022, namely:
