Building a Strong Service Culture

Service excellence is a hallmark of IHH Healthcare. To reinforce a strong, patient-centric service culture, Parkway Hospital People’s Square conducted a workshop for more than 40 frontline staffs to up our game in customer service.

Through case studies, role-playing and group discussions, the participants deepened their understanding of customer service by sharing insights and learning how to think on their feet in unanticipated situations.
