Our Pharmacy staff at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong are now able to devote more time to serve our patients, thanks to the newly installed fully-automated vial-filling machine that can dispense medication with efficiency, safety and accuracy.
Equipped with 180 auto-calibration canisters, the robotic system enables safe and secure vial-filling operation and drug replenishment, by reducing the risk of drug dispensing errors arising from drug identity and quantity. With a shorter dispensing waiting time, the automated system also frees up our pharmacy staff to improve patient satisfaction.
