IHH Group Chief Operating Officer Joe Sim joined Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong's Chief Executive Officer Dr Kenneth Tsang at his first town hall of 2023, where they shared about IHH's sustainability approach and what the hospital is doing to care for our patients, people, public and planet.
Following Joe’s presentation on IHH’s sustainability strategy, goals and targets, our colleagues heard from Dr Tsang on the hospital sustainability goals and action plan for 2023 which include enhancing patient satisfaction and experience, providing a safer workplace, encouraging staff volunteerism and reducing carbon emissions, among others.
They also witnessed Dr Philip Chak On Sham, Specialist in Paediatrics, receiving the GHK Service Excellence Award – Doctor 2022, for his outstanding work and dedication to patients. Congratulations!
