Digital health just got better at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, with the launch of ‘My Gleneagles SmartHealth’ on 30 September. The patient mobile app offers up-to-date information and a suite of user-friendly functions to meet the outpatient health care needs of our patients.
The app, believed to be the most comprehensive among private hospitals in Hong Kong, provides an integrated platform where patients can obtain health education content and the latest information on the hospital’s services and promotions. On top of that, they can manage their outpatient services at their fingertips.
Key features of the app include making outpatient appointments, viewing estimated waiting time at our 24-hr Outpatient and A&E, wayfinding in the hospital, making payments, accessing health records, and managing health care for their family members and other care recipients.
