As part of this commitment, IHH Singapore has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ST Engineering to co-develop digital solutions that enhance hospital operations, strengthen care delivery and support frontline teams. By combining IHH Singapore’s healthcare expertise with ST Engineering’s technology capabilities, the collaboration aims to develop practical innovations that address real-world healthcare challenges.

One focus area of the collaboration is the Discharge and Admission Readiness Tracker (DART), a solution developed from IHH Singapore’s operational experience to improve visibility and coordination across the patient discharge journey. By bringing multiple teams onto a common workflow, DART helps reduce delays, streamline processes and improve patient flow.

In one implementation, DART reduced bed turnaround time by 37%, enabling patients to move through their care journey more efficiently. Enhanced visibility of the discharge process also reduces administrative burdens for frontline staff while making it easier to keep patients and families informed.

Looking ahead, the MOU will also support the co-development of a broader ecosystem of solutions through the AGIL® Care platform. Together, IHH Singapore and ST Engineering aim to develop scalable, integrated innovations that improve efficiency, support healthcare professionals and ultimately enable better patient care.
