On 12 August 2025, IHH Healthcare marked a significant milestone with the launch of LEAP 2025, its inaugural Group-wide Learning Festival, held at The Glasshouse, Andaz Singapore, and streamed live to colleagues worldwide.

The purpose of LEAP 2025 is clear. It is to create a shared platform where every IHH colleague, regardless of role, background, or location, can learn, grow, and lead change together. As our Group CEO shared in his opening address, “When we learn, we don’t just elevate ourselves; we uplift the teams we lead and the communities we serve.”
In healthcare, the pace of change is constant, driven by breakthroughs, innovation, and evolving ways of working. LEAP 2025 aims to help our people stay ahead by fostering curiosity, open-mindedness, and the courage to step beyond comfort zones. The month-long festival features immersive sessions, skills-building opportunities, and cross-border collaboration. A highlight of the opening day was a panel session with Group Chief Human Resources Officer Sharon Foo, who shared how continuous learning can empower individuals and transform organisations, inspiring colleagues to embrace a growth mindset and lead with confidence, compassion, and innovation.
To kick off the programme, we welcomed Robin Speculand, an internationally recognised strategy and digital transformation expert, who shared global best practices from DBS, his reflections highlighted how a strong learning culture can be a powerful strategic advantage in today’s rapidly changing world.
Whether on the frontline of care, managing teams, or supporting operations behind the scenes, LEAP 2025 reinforces that learning is for everyone. It is a collective journey that makes us stronger, more agile, and more united in our aspiration to Care. For Good.
With LEAP 2025, IHH Healthcare takes a bold step towards shaping a future where continuous learning is a shared responsibility and a shared advantage. Already, this commitment is coming to life, with early participants sharing reflections such as, “It gave me confidence for continuous learning even at the age of 52” and “It gave a few ideas about how to keep learning. This is what I liked the most as it's a requirement to be future-ready.” We look forward to welcoming more colleagues to the upcoming sessions and seeing everyone take this exciting leap together.
