During the town halls, Dr Prem Kumar Nair joined IHH Malaysia Dr Kamal Amzan and IHH Singapore Dr Peter Chow for a Q&A segment that addressed key workforce and industry topics, including AI disruption, organisational transformation, and the evolving demands placed on healthcare systems and professionals.
