During the town halls, Dr Prem Kumar Nair joined IHH Malaysia Dr Kamal Amzan and IHH Singapore Dr Peter Chow for a Q&A segment that addressed key workforce and industry topics, including AI disruption, organisational transformation, and the evolving demands placed on healthcare systems and professionals.
The discussions provided employees with greater clarity on the Group’s direction and the role they play in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
