IHH Healthcare Aligns Teams in Malaysia and Singapore on Future-ready Healthcare Priorities
15 May 2026

IHH Healthcare recently brought together employees across Malaysia’s Southern Region and Singapore for its Country Town Halls, reinforcing the Group’s focus on strengthening current healthcare capabilities while preparing for the evolving needs of the future.

The sessions centred on how the organisation is adapting to changing patient expectations, emerging healthcare realities, and rapid technological advancements shaping the industry. Teams were engaged on the priorities and capabilities needed to continue delivering high-quality care while building a more future-ready healthcare ecosystem.

During the town halls, Dr Prem Kumar Nair joined IHH Malaysia Dr Kamal Amzan and IHH Singapore Dr Peter Chow for a Q&A segment that addressed key workforce and industry topics, including AI disruption, organisational transformation, and the evolving demands placed on healthcare systems and professionals.

The discussions provided employees with greater clarity on the Group’s direction and the role they play in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. The town halls also underscored IHH Healthcare’s continued commitment to strengthening clinical capabilities, enhancing patient care experiences, and empowering its people to navigate industry transformation together.

Through these engagements, IHH Healthcare reaffirmed its focus on building resilient healthcare systems and advancing its purpose of delivering better care for patients and communities across the region under its #CareForGood aspiration.
