On 23 May, Parkway Medical Services (PMS) Hong Kong and Caritas – Hong Kong signed an MOU to redevelop Precious Blood Hospital. This partnership is set to elevate healthcare quality and service excellence for more people in the city.
The project includes renovating the current hospital, upgrading its facilities, setting up an off-site ambulatory care centre, and developing a new ambulatory clinical block.
This new block will feature a state-of-the-art medical centre for day surgeries and specialised treatments in ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and orthopaedic surgeries. Patients can look forward to a revitalised hospital that will focus on outpatient consultation, elderly healthcare, and high-volume day procedures.
PMS, a collaboration between IHH and NWS Holdings, also operates our ambulatory care centres/ clinics, diagnostic lab unit, and external collaboration projects in Hong Kong.
Leveraging its extensive hospital development expertise, this partnership with Caritas will meet the healthcare needs of patients in the neighbourhood and beyond, reinforcing our aspiration to #CareForGood.
