IHH Singapore Hits New Digital and Imaging Milestones
03 Jul 2025

Across Singapore, IHH Healthcare is transforming care delivery through data, technology and frontline innovation.

Innovation continues to power our progress at IHH Healthcare Singapore, from the successful go-live of Cerebral Plus (C+) across all four hospitals and rollout of AI-powered diagnostics.

The latest phase of the C+ rollout took place on 21 June 2025, with Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Parkway East Hospital going live at 10am and 1pm respectively. Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital had gone live earlier on 15 February 2025, while Gleneagles Hospital first led the charge some 22 months ago.

C+ is our new, in-house Electronic Medical Records system that enables more integrated, seamless, and efficient care delivery. Its full implementation is a testament to our ongoing commitment to enhancing the care journey for patients, while providing greater convenience and effectiveness for our healthcare teams.

The work doesn’t stop here. The next goal on the horizon is integration with the National Electronic Health Records and the development of a mobile app, both of which will further strengthen care coordination and connectivity within the broader community.

Meanwhile, IHH Singapore’s imaging arm Parkway Radiology is making strides of its own with two major advances in AI-powered diagnostics.

First, the launch of MammoXpress, a mobile mammogram service housed in a 12-metre electric vehicle, is bringing high-quality breast cancer screening directly to communities. Equipped with Lunit AI, MammoXpress enhances diagnostic accuracy while ensuring a quiet, comfortable and environmentally friendly screening experience.

In another forward leap, Parkway Radiology has completed the full integration of Annalise.ai Enterprise CXR across all imaging clinics and radiology departments in our four hospitals. This AI tool supports radiologists in interpreting chest X-rays faster and more accurately, marking another step forward in delivering better, more consistent care for patients.

By embracing innovation, collaboration and change, we can look forward to an even more impactful second half of the year.
