Bringing together clinical and non-clinical teams, the experience featured interactive challenges and group missions that required communication, problem-solving and teamwork. These activities created opportunities for colleagues across different roles and locations to work closely together, exchange perspectives and build stronger working relationships.

Beyond the energy and engagement of the sessions, the experience helped reinforce trust, mutual understanding and alignment as one IHH North Asia team. Participants gained new insights into how different functions contribute to shared outcomes in patient care.

The experience is expected to further strengthen collaboration between Hong Kong and Shanghai teams, enabling greater synergy, fresh ideas and more seamless cross-border ways of working.
