Leaders, doctors, nurses and staff from Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong and Parkway Shanghai, under IHH North Asia, recently participated in an offsite team-building experience designed to strengthen collaboration, connection and shared thinking across markets and functions.
Bringing together clinical and non-clinical teams, the experience featured interactive challenges and group missions that required communication, problem-solving and teamwork. These activities created opportunities for colleagues across different roles and locations to work closely together, exchange perspectives and build stronger working relationships.
Beyond the energy and engagement of the sessions, the experience helped reinforce trust, mutual understanding and alignment as one IHH North Asia team. Participants gained new insights into how different functions contribute to shared outcomes in patient care.
The experience is expected to further strengthen collaboration between Hong Kong and Shanghai teams, enabling greater synergy, fresh ideas and more seamless cross-border ways of working.
As we continue to grow as a connected regional network, initiatives like this highlight the importance of strong relationships in delivering integrated, high-quality care and better outcomes for our patients.
