IHH Singapore officially launched Great at Work Fest 2026 (GAW Fest) on 11 May at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation, bringing together employees and leaders to celebrate workplace culture, service excellence, and employee wellbeing across its Singapore operations.
The event was officiated by Dr Peter Chow, Chief Executive Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore, who unveiled this year’s theme, “Great at Work. Greater Together.” The theme reflects IHH Singapore’s continued commitment to fostering a supportive, high-performing workplace where employees can thrive and deliver quality patient care.
As part of the launch, IHH Singapore recognised recipients of the Service Superstar and CEO Service Excellence Awards, honouring employees who demonstrated outstanding consistency, teamwork, and dedication in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
The programme also featured a keynote address by Christopher Ong, Managing Director of DHL Express Singapore, who shared insights on leadership and organisational culture.
A fireside chat brought together Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place to Work ASEAN & ANZ, and Daniel Fung, Chief Wellness Officer of NHG Health. The session was moderated by Hui Hwa Koh-Minjoot, Vice President and Head of Allied Health & Patient Experience at IHH Singapore.
Together, the speakers explored leadership, workplace culture, wellness, burnout, and lived experiences in building resilient and people-centric organisations.
GAW Fest 2026 will continue throughout May across IHH Singapore’s facilities, with a series of activities aimed at engaging employees and reinforcing the organisation’s focus on collaboration, wellbeing, and service excellence.
