IHH Healthcare Debuts FutureHealth.Now Conference
27 Aug 2025

See how we united visionary minds across healthcare, government and business to spark bold ideas and forge new partnerships that will push the boundaries of care at our inaugural global leadership conference.

At IHH, we believe that strategic stakeholder partnerships is key to building a more accessible, integrated and resilient healthcare ecosystem. On 28 August, alongside the launch of our new brand identity in Kuala Lumpur, we inaugurated our FutureHealth. Now Conference.

The full-day global leadership conference brought together more than 350 leaders and experts across healthcare, government and business, to tackle some of the biggest healthcare challenges of today.

Opening the session, Group CEO IHH Healthcare Dr Prem Kumar Nair shared, “This conference reflects our shared conviction that the future of healthcare transcends any single organisation, sector, or geography. Because of our scale, reach and complementary role to the public system, we find ourselves in a unique position to catalyse positive change for the communities we serve.”

In his opening keynote video, Minister of Health Malaysia, YB Datuk Seri Haji Dr Dzulkefly bin Ahmad, said, “Healthcare is not just a public good. It is an economic multiplier, a national investment, and above all, a social contract with the people. Private providers like IHH do more than deliver care. They create jobs, drive investment, spur innovation, and strengthen

Malaysia’s position as a regional health hub. Equally important, private hospitals ease congestion in our public system by absorbing patient volumes, offering specialist services, and reducing waiting times for patients who seek faster access to care.”

The Conference featured four dynamic panels on value-based care, integrated care, future-ready care, and sustainable care.
