IHH Healthcare Singapore Recognised for Building Meaningful Employee Experiences
16 Jun 2026
IHH Healthcare Singapore has been recognised with six wins at the 2026 Employee Experience Awards, a regional platform celebrating organisations that create meaningful, people-centric workplaces.

The awards reflect a shared commitment across IHH Healthcare Singapore’s entities to focus on building environments where employees feel heard, supported and empowered to do their best work.

Across the network, teams were honoured for a range of initiatives shaping the employee experience. Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore received a Bronze award for Best Employee Advocacy Programme, while Mount Elizabeth Hospital was recognised with Silver for Best ESG Programme. Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital earned a Bronze for Best Employee Engagement Initiative, and Parkway East Hospital, Singapore was awarded Bronze for Best Employee Feedback and Listening Strategy.

Parkway College of Nursing and Allied Health received two accolades - Gold for Best Soft Skills Training Programme and Bronze for Best First-Time Manager Programme, highlighting its role in developing future-ready healthcare professionals.

Together, these recognitions reflect the breadth of efforts across IHH Healthcare Singapore to strengthen workplace culture - from deepening employee engagement to building leadership capabilities and advancing sustainability initiatives.

At the heart of these efforts is a clear belief - how we care for our people shapes how patients experience care. By investing in skills development and creating supportive environments, IHH Healthcare Singapore continues to build a workforce that is both resilient and aligned to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
