Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong has entered into two significant collaborations aimed at enhancing patient care through advanced technology and diagnostics.
In a tripartite agreement with health-tech startups PanopticAI and SmartCare, both nurtured by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong plans to implement AI-powered smart clinic solutions at its upcoming Gleneagles MediCentre in Admiralty. The integration will feature PanopticAI’s camera-based vital signs monitoring and SmartCare’s AI-driven consultation platform, aiming to streamline clinical workflows and offer personalized patient experiences.

Separately, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong has partnered with Emerging Viral Diagnostics (EVDL), a Hong Kong-based biotech firm, to adopt EVDL's innovative diagnostics system for its laboratory and telemedicine services. This collaboration seeks to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, particularly in the detection of emerging infectious diseases.
