As Parkway Hospital People’s Square prepares to open up new services in urology and orthopaedics to enhance its offerings to patients, it enrolled six of its outstanding nurses for a three-month attachment programme at Shanghai General Hospital to learn from the top-notch public hospital.
It was an eye-opening experience for them, learning about the medical equipment and technology, management process, office system and service concept of another hospital. No doubt their learnings and takeaways will contribute to the future growth of our hospital.
