Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong continues to leverage innovation and technologies to meet our patients' needs with the launch of DrGo on 3 August. This online platform allows patients to enjoy high-quality virtual video consultation by our doctors at their comfort and convenience, while having their medication and related documents delivered to them.
The hospital is the first medical partner to collaborate with Hong Kong Telecom on this online platform. This is in addition to the virtual consultation service launched earlier this year for oncology, gastroenterology and hepatology patients.
Come September, Gleneagles Hong Kong will also launch a new patient app to support our patients throughout their outpatient journey including access to key reports and payment.
