10 startups. Four days in Gurgaon. Endless possibilities for better care.

The IHH Catalyst | Fortis India Edition began with energy, purpose and momentum, as 10 healthtech and medtech startups came together for an Immersion Week focused on shaping the future of healthcare innovation.
Held in partnership with Fortis Healthcare, the programme is designed to give promising startups the opportunity to validate, pilot and scale solutions that can make a real difference in healthcare, from improving clinical outcomes and patient experiences to strengthening the way care is delivered behind the scenes.
Across four days in Gurgaon, the cohort connected with mentors from IHH, Fortis and the wider innovation ecosystem. Through open discussions, working sessions and feedback exchanges, they sharpened ideas, challenged assumptions and mapped out the next steps on their journey towards Demo Day in July.
The startups brought forward solutions that respond to some of healthcare’s most pressing needs today, including better patient journeys, more seamless workflows, stronger chronic disease management and more proactive, predictive models of care. Their ideas reflect not only innovation for its own sake, but innovation with clear potential to improve lives.
What makes this moment especially significant is that India is the first cohort of IHH Catalyst, marking the beginning of a broader global platform that will grow across IHH’s multinational network. As future editions take shape, the ambition is clear: to help healthcare innovators move from concept to care, and from local promise to scalable impact across markets.
IHH Catalyst is more than a startup programme. It is a step towards building stronger connections between healthcare providers and innovators, so that together, they can bring forward solutions that matter, and help shape the future of care for the communities we serve.
