IHH Singapore first piloted the Johor Bahru-Singapore shuttle bus service to ferry our staff between Johor Bahru and Parkway East Hospital earlier this year. Following the overwhelming positive response, the service is now expanded to all four of our hospitals, including Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital.
With travel time to work significantly reduced, our nurses and staff can now spend more quality time with their loved ones and even catch some much-needed rest and nap during the bus journey. Above all, this service has become a beacon of support, enabling many of our staff to continue working at our hospitals without incurring the higher rental costs in Singapore.
The well-being of our people remains a key priority for IHH and we will continue to seek ways to care for our employees as they go about caring for our patients.
