From many corners of the earth, over 70 colleagues gathered virtually at the 2nd Annual Marketing Leaders Meet, to put their heads together on how to be the most patient and consumer-centric Marketing team.
Kicking off the two-day Meet from 2 to 3 December 2021, IHH Managing Director & CEO Dr Kelvin Loh stressed the importance of patient centricity against the backdrop of digitalisation and rapid advancement in technology. Our teams must be nimble and quick to anticipate and deliver on our patients’ ever-changing needs and expectations, he said. He also encouraged greater collaboration and synergies across borders and functions, as IHH pushes forward with our digital transformation agenda.
This year, the number of participants more than tripled, with more Marketing colleagues joining the event from Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, India, China and Hong Kong.
The top highlights were a Storytelling workshop and the inaugural Marketing Disruptor Awards which recognises IHH marketers across 18 awards in 6 categories of sales and marketing.
