IHH Healthcare has been recognised at the 2026 HCM Excellence Awards® by Brandon Hall Group™ for four innovative programmes in leadership and learning. The awards showcase our commitment to strengthening capability, fostering collaboration and advancing a culture of safety and integrity across its global network.

The four wins span both Learning and Development and Leadership Development categories, reflecting IHH’s investment in building leadership capability and empowering employees to drive organisational success.
In the Learning and Development Awards, Speak Up for Safety, developed with Appstronic, received the Bronze award for Best Custom Content. The programme encourages open communication and psychological safety, enabling colleagues to raise concerns and share feedback confidently. Elemental Knowledge of IHH Anti-Bribery and Corruption, developed with Tesseract Learning, earned the Bronze award for Best Compliance Training. It strengthens awareness of integrity standards and reinforces IHH’s zero-tolerance approach to unethical practices across its operations.
IHH's partnership with BTS Asia Pacific was also recognised with two awards for leadership development programmes. I.ELEVATE: Customised Hospital Business Simulation won the Gold award for Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning. The eight-month programme has engaged more than 300 emerging leaders across four countries. Participants recorded a 24% improvement in targeted capabilities and a 25% increase in enterprise thinking and cross-functional understanding.
Meanwhile, I.SHINE earned the Silver award for Best Senior Manager Development Programme. The programme has reached more than 500 Nursing Managers across four countries. Using realistic hospital scenarios, it strengthens leadership, decision-making and stakeholder engagement in frontline care settings. Participants reported a 33% improvement in targeted leadership capabilities, while 90% successfully implemented workplace actions following the programme.
