Dr Prem spoke on key global trends transforming the sector, noting that shifts in patient demographics, increasing payor expectations, and rapid technological advancements are driving demand for high-quality, accessible care. He also shared IHH’s strategic direction for growth in Hong Kong and other key markets — with a focus on extending care beyond hospital walls through satellite facilities like primary care clinics and ambulatory care centres.
