A Boost For Antimicrobial Resistance
26 Dec 2022

Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong marked the beginning of its local antimicrobial resistance (AMR) programme with a pledge to promote the responsible use of antibiotics and help raise public awareness of AMR.

Led by its CEO Dr Kenneth Tsang, the hospital departments showed their support by pledging to use antibiotics responsibly.

As part of IHH’s sustainability commitment to Care for Public, all IHH hospitals will implement antimicrobial resistance interventions in line with CDC, WHO and national guidelines by 2025.
