Sharon has held senior leadership roles in multinational companies such as Friesland Campina, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, and Vsource Asia. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy development, talent and leadership development, succession planning, organisational transformation, HR digitalisation, and M&A integration.
