Appointed to the Board of IHH Healthcare Berhad on 1 July 2026, Dr Tracey Leigh Batten, currently serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED) on several listed companies in Australia and New Zealand, including Medibank Private Limited, Australia's largest private health insurer, EBOS Group Limited, a leading Australasian healthcare and pharmaceutical distributor and Nanosonics Limited, a medical technology company specialising in infection prevention. She also held a number of previous board appointments, including serving as Chair and NED of the Accident Compensation Commission in New Zealand, and as a NED of National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research, New Zealand and Abano Healthcare Group. Her earlier governance experience includes roles with Burnet Institute and various health and aged care industry and government bodies.

Dr Tracey Batten is a qualified medical practitioner with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including hospital services, aged care and medical research. From 2014 to 2017, she served as the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in the United Kingdom, where she led a major public hospital system comprising 5 hospitals. Prior to that, she was the GCEO of St. Vincent's Health Australia from 2009 to 2013, overseeing one of Australia's largest not-for-profit healthcare providers. Her earlier executive roles include CEO positions at Eastern Health and Dental Health Services Victoria, following various clinical and medical leadership career.
