Singapore’s oldest and most established primary healthcare provider turned 50 on 1 April. Parkway Shenton marked its golden anniversary in conjunction with the opening of its 54th clinic at Guoco Tower in a celebratory event attended by some 100 IHH Singapore senior management and staff.
CEO of IHH Singapore Dr Prem Kumar Nair and Parkway Shenton CEO Tay Wee Kai officiated the ribbon-cutting ceremony, where they unveiled a stunning artwork commissioned from the Singapore Prisons Service Visual Arts hub, which represents Parkway Shenton and IHH’s core values and showcases the importance of care in the healthcare industry.
“As the oldest local clinic chain in Singapore, Parkway Shenton has been an important part of our primary healthcare landscape. With clinics in both the heartlands and in the city, we have provided Singaporeans their first line of care for the last 50 years. We are grateful for the longstanding trust and support of our doctors, staff, patients and families.
