Efforts to upskill our nurses through well-designed in-house courses have earned IHH Singapore a four-year re-accreditation as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
The ANCC Accreditation program recognises organisations that offer high-quality continuing nursing education that provides nurses with the knowledge and skills to improve care and patient outcomes.
“We support our nurses’ professional growth at every stage of their career, letting them discover their passion and develop their strengths. This re-accreditation affirms our commitment to empower them to pursue their interests in speciality areas or deepen their clinical or management skills,” said IHH Group Head of Nursing Elaine Ng.
With this achievement under its belt, IHH Singapore Nursing team plans to share their journey towards nursing continuing professional development excellence with the rest of our nursing educators across the group for them to be accredited in future as well!
