For the first time, the IHH Global HR Summit brought together more than 300 HR colleagues across 10 countries as they shared learnings and gleaned insights to transform IHH through progressive HR practices.
The virtual summit held from 17 to 19 March featured notable international speakers including Prof Dave Ulrich (a.k.a. HR Guru) and his team from The RBL Group. Dr Kelvin Loh, Managing Director and CEO of IHH Healthcare, and Dr Prem Kumar, CEO of IHH Healthcare Singapore, also shared with the participants about our 3 strategic pillars of trust, synergy and growth, responding to global changes, amongst other key notes that were succinctly summarised in pictorial form by a graphic artist.
Dr Loh also presented awards to recognise 6 outstanding HR staff. They are:
- Personality of the Year: Kalidas D (Gleneagles Global, India)
- Rising Star: Merve Atagün (Acibadem Health Group, Turkey)
- Unsung Hero: Norzafirah Zolkipli (Gleneagles JPMC, Brunei)
- Key Connector: Ong Ling Yuhn (IHH Healthcare Singapore)
- Marathon-er: Zoe Zhou (IHH Healthcare China)
- Special Award HR Star: Chua Ai Wen (IHH HR Global Team)
