Stamp of Excellence
17 Dec 2020

Across the globe, we continue to champion continuous improvements and have the results to prove it. All four hospitals in Singapore received the ‘Gold Seal of Approval’ from Joint Commission International (JCI) at our first-ever virtual accreditation surveys. Three of our hospitals in Malaysia and two from Singapore also won recognition at the Global Health Awards 2020 for delivering a high standard of healthcare.

Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Novena, Gleneagles and Parkway East Hospitals achieved JCI’s ‘Gold Seal of Approval’, which is recognised globally as the gold standard for quality health care and patient safety. Despite the challenges brought on by COVID-19, our team excelled at the virtual JCI audit after months of intense preparation. Excellent example of teamwork at its best!
