Pantai Premier Pathology hosted over 220 participants from diverse public and private healthcare backgrounds to a Molecular Infectious Diseases Symposium on 4 August.
Themed Navigating the Future of Infectious Diseases, the symposium was a platform to discuss current and future patterns in infectious diseases as well as the practicality of modern molecular technologies to aid clinicians in their patient management.
The symposium was officiated by Yang Berbahagia Datuk Dr Christopher Lee, Deputy Director General of Health (Research & Technical Support), Ministry of Health Malaysia. Speakers at the symposium were experts from various healthcare institutions.
Through this symposium, we hope to gather experts from across clinical, research and healthcare industries so that we can work in synergy to find effective approaches to infectious diseases.
