Adding another feather in the cap for nursing, Acibadem’s ‘Leadership Program in Nursing’ earned gold for Excellence in Leadership Development at the 2020 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards.
The brainchild of Acıbadem Nursing Services Directorate and Acıbadem Academy, the programme incepted in 2006 was designed according to international leader nursing models and practices.
Six years ago, the programme was further remodelled to focus on developing the leadership skills and discovering the talents of every nurse in Acibadem from the time they come on board.
The Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards has been running since 2013 and has seen the participating of many international companies. Winners are selected by an international panel appointed by Brandon Hall Group, a research and analyst firm.
