IHH Singapore Honours Its Healthcare Humanity Award Recipients 2025
09 Nov 2025
At IHH Healthcare Singapore, care is more than what we do, it’s who we are. This year, we are honoured to celebrate the extraordinary individuals and teams who exemplify compassion, collaboration, resilience, and selflessness at the Healthcare Humanity Awards (HHA) 2025.

These awards pay tribute to those who go beyond their call of duty to touch lives, inspire hope, and uplift the spirit of care in our community. Among the shining highlights of this year’s recognition is the Endoscopy Project Renaissance at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, a remarkable transformation driven by empathy and innovation.

With patient comfort and safety as their north star, the team reimagined how care could be delivered even amid an active hospital environment. They introduced thoughtful touches such as earplugs and headphones to ease anxiety during procedures, and made a strategic move to relocate the Endoscopy Centre closer to the Hospital’s Urgent Care Centre, improving emergency response times and overall efficiency.

Behind the scenes, meticulous planning and teamwork ensured that services continued seamlessly throughout the project. The result is an expanded, purpose-built Endoscopy Centre featuring patient-only corridors and dedicated lifts, offering greater privacy, dignity, and safety for every patient. It stands today as a powerful example of how design, collaboration, and compassion can come together to transform the care experience.
