Parkway East Hospital (PEH) is not only the oldest private hospital in Singapore, it also has the longest legacy within our IHH global network!
The hospital recently celebrated its 80th anniversary on 31 October. Mr Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law and Adviser to Marine Parade GRC Grassroots Organisation (Joo Chiat) graced the celebratory event, and buried a time capsule of heritage items alongside Mr Ivan Khor, CEO of PEH.
A new heritage wall was also unveiled during the event and a cheque for S$28,000 raised from the hospital’s Cycle for Autism event on 24 September was presented to St. Andrew's Autism Centre. Also as part of its celebrations, PEH is counting down to the completion of its new operating rooms and endoscopy rooms in December 2022 for even greater operational and clinical capabilities!
