Taking team building to a whole new level of fun, our colleagues at Chengdu and Shanghai recently rolled out a unique staff bonding and core values programme that has a touch of African wild.
Staff participated in a series of activities starring an exhilarating African drum music performance that transformed the team into a percussion orchestra, connecting everyone to a common beat. Their physical and mental reflexes were put to the test as they worked together to build a “wall” displaying our core values of Patients First, Integrity, Empathy, Teamwork and Excellence.
What better way to build bonds with each other while celebrating the values that bind us as one!
