ParkwayHealth China launched its Parkway WeChat Mini-Programme on 4 September to give patients convenient access to its services.
With this centralised platform, patients are now able to make medical appointments, receive medical laboratory and imaging reports, check their medical history and search for information about our physicians, medical services, clinics and hospitals – at the touch of their fingertips.
The launch of this programme is in line with IHH’s efforts to expand its digital health capabilities globally to provide patients with faster, better, easier and more cost-effective care. The integration of digital health into our brick-and-mortar services allows our patients to enjoy peace of mind and access to uninterrupted medical care, anytime, anywhere.
