My Gleneagles SmartHealth providing our patients with information about advanced healthcare, healthy living and promotion offers. Through the app, patients are also provided with one-stop diversified services, helping you manage your health in a smarter way anytime, anywhere.

The app also features the “Vital Signs” health tool, which supports daily wellness monitoring through a simple face scan. By using the device’s camera, the tool instantly measures six key indicators—heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, stress level, blood pressure and heart rate variability—offering patients convenient, real-time insights into overall health status.

Smart Clinic Solution @ Gleneagles MediCentre

Gleneagles MediCentre is among Hong Kong’s first private day centres to integrate AI and AR technologies, enhancing every step of the patient journey. Our smart clinic solutions include digitalised registration and payment, AR navigation for easy wayfinding, and an AI-powered voice-to-text tool that converts clinician-patient conversations into accurate clinical notes—delivering a seamless, efficient, and patient-friendly experience.

AI Lab

IHH Healthcare North Asia announced the establishment of an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AI Lab) via Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (Gleneagles).

The AI Lab serves as a collaborative hub for cutting-edge AI technologies, providing a dynamic ecosystem for researchers and innovators to innovate and translate AI healthcare solutions into clinical applications.

Our virtual consultation service ensures patients can access professional medical advice no matter where they are. Through secure online platforms, patients can connect with experienced doctors for timely consultations, follow-ups, and health guidance—eliminating the need for travel and making quality care more convenient and accessible.
