Dr Mohandass @ Matthew A/L Luruthasamy is the Chief Executive Officer of Twin Towers Medical Centre, where he oversees the centre’s service delivery, governance and patient experience, while supporting the continued growth of IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s primary care services.

Dr Matthew also oversees IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s upcoming Ambulatory Care Centres, guiding their development as part of the organisation’s broader ambulatory care strategy. His role supports IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s efforts to build more accessible and integrated models of care beyond the hospital setting.

He brings experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory care development and regulatory readiness. Prior to joining Twin Towers Medical Centre, Dr Matthew served as CEO of a surgery and specialist centre, where he led the completion of an Ambulatory Care Centre project, secured CKAPS licensing approval, and helped establish early corporate partnerships.
