Tiong Ngee Zheng is the Acting Chief Operating Officer of Pantai Hospital Batu Pahat, overseeing the hospital’s day-to-day operations.

Prior to this, he was the Senior Operations Manager at Pantai Hospital Melaka, overseeing a broad portfolio of operational functions including Pharmacy, Imaging, Oncology, Medical Records, Purchasing, IT, Administration, Dental, Food Services and Dietetics.

Since joining Pantai Hospital Melaka in 2015, Tiong has played a key role in the implementation of Value-Driven Outcomes, Robotic Assisted Surgery, Sunday Services, Teleconsultation as well as the development of Yellow Fever and COVID-19 vaccine centre services.

He also led several Lean Six Sigma improvement projects for the Emergency Department and Outpatient Department, contributing to reduced waiting times and improved patient flow.
