Thomas Raj is the Chief Corporate Officer of IHH Healthcare Malaysia. He leads our Strategy and Business Development function, which covers business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term planning. He also oversees Project Management and Transformation, ensuring our growth and change efforts are carried out in a coordinated and effective way.

Thomas has played a central role in expanding our network, including projects such as the acquisitions of Island Hospital, Timberland Medical Centre, Prince Court Medical Centre and Pantai Hospital Laguna Merbok. Beyond the results, he is recognised for bringing teams together and creating alignment around shared goals.

In his role, Thomas focuses on shaping IHH Malaysia’s growth agenda and driving strategic investments.
