Kevin Chia is the Chief Operating Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu, where he oversees the hospital’s day-to-day operations, performance delivery and execution priorities.

Kevin was part of Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu’s pioneer team in 2015, where he played a key role in setting up the hospital’s financial systems and establishing Finance SOPs. He later expanded his contribution beyond finance, working closely with the CEO on operational and strategic planning.

His experience spans financial management, process improvement and hospital operations. At Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu, he has helped streamline billing workflows, improve cash flow, enhance stock and refund processes, and support digital adoption through the launch of MyHealth360, making the hospital one of the early IHH Healthcare Malaysia hospitals to introduce the platform.
