The cardiac team recently performed Total Coronary Revascularization via Anterior Thoracotomy (TCRAT), a minimally invasive bypass technique that offers patients less pain, faster recovery, lower infection risk and shorter hospital stays.

Pantai Hospital Ipoh is currently the only centre in Perak providing this procedure, making it more accessible for people in the state.
